1. Sovereign Subscription Guidelines

PassCrypt provides complete security sandboxing without hidden bounds. The Sentry Vault tier is provided completely free of charge to test local key derivation and cryptographical operations.

2. Subscription Cancellation Standard

You can terminate your active monthly or annual Sovereign mandates at any point through your profile options or by deleting your account database index.

• Upon cancellation, your active key replication credentials stay open until the end of your billing cycle.
• No partial fees or remaining cycle offsets are calculated or refunded.

3. Refund Window and Criteria

We issue a full refund within 7 days of your subscription activation under the following audited failures:

• Server synchronization errors preventing client-side encrypted blobs from saving.
• Incorrect double-billing events on the payment gateway network.
• Razorpay mandate processing errors.

4. Resolution Times

Approved refund operations resolve directly to your original payment route (UPI account, net banking, or debit/credit card registers). Razorpay processing lines conclude the return within 5 to 7 business days depending on standard Indian banking regulations.
